A former Latin teacher, Diana traded in the classical world for classic cocktails and the spirits world after she earned a master’s degree from NYU in Food Studies. She leads walking tours of distilleries in Brooklyn and NYC Prohibition sites for the Institute of Culinary Education. Raised in Atlantic Highlands and now living in Asbury Park, Diana is an avid traveler and aims to visit a total of 50 different countries by the time she is 50.
A Monmouth County native, Paul became interested in cocktails while working at bars in Asbury Park. He later ran a popular speakeasy-style bar serving bespoke classic cocktails. He is now the head bartender at Talula’s in Asbury Park, where he leads seasonal cocktail classes. Paul is also a whisky enthusiast and the founder of the Asbury Park Whisky Club.
